Located on the port side, it has an oven, grill, 3 gas ring hob, 2 x stainless steel sinks, hot and cold mixer tap, electric fridge. Plenty of storage for a boat of this size!

Hot water from engine calorifier and 220 volt immersion unit, RCD protected 13 amp ring main, 2 x manual & 2 x automatic bilge pumps, 5 x banks of batteries, inverter, PSI, volt, temperature, fuel and RPM gauges.

Accommodation:

Six berths in three cabins with full standing headroom throughout. The master cabin forward with en-suite doors to separate heads and shower compartments has a large peninsular double berth with four stowage lockers over. Opening hatch to foredeck. Vanity unit with mirror, large bulkhead mounted mirror and spacious hanging wardrobe with shelves. Separate shower compartment with seat. Heads compartment with separate entrance from saloon has a Jabsco electric sea toilet, wash basin, twin mirrors, toiletry lockers, 220 volt shaver point and opening port-light. Black water holding tank. Guest cabin is fitted with twin berths converting to a double, en-suite door to shower compartment and hanging wardrobe.
Large and comfortable saloon with toughened glass sliding door to cockpit is furnished with a U shaped settee to port with drop leaf table and converting to a double. Twin settee berth opposite with drinks cabinet and saloon fridge with ice box beside.
Galley is equipped with a SMEV electric thermostat oven and grill, eno three burner gas hob, twin stainless steel sinks, Engel fridge with freezer compartment, over head plate / glass and cup stowage and lockers below for comestibles / utensils. Galley area sole of teak and holly. Lower helm position has twin seat with pilot station to port. Full engine instrumentation to console. 12 disc CD player with additional speakers.
Generous self draining cockpit with wrap round transom seating (new upholstery), overhead recessed canopy and table stowage. Full canopy with removable side screens. Large swim platform with stowaway stainless steel boarding ladder, hot and cold shower and Whittall stainless steel davits. Stairway to flybridge with sun pad and seating for six, tinted Plexiglass windscreen and helm position with controls and repeat navigation instruments. New Flybridge tonneau cover.
