  • Draft specification awaiting Vendors approval

  • White Heron has a history closely associated with Brooms Boatbuilders and was first owned by Mrs Jennifer Brooms parents, having been personally commissioned by them in 1955.  She was bought by Brooms in 1983, and then by Mr and Mrs Broom for their personal use in 1999.  Since then, she has had only two other owners.  She has a National Historic Ships certificate and comes with the original specification requirements, written in 1955.  She was featured in the book Broom A History of Quality Innovation and specifically in the chapter The Last Days of Wood.
  • She has undergone an extensive amount of work on the planking over the last 10 years and is a boat with real character.
  • Needs to be seen to be appreciated.
