Celebrating a season of boating

Our annual End of Season Dinner took place last Saturday night, which was a great celebration and reflection of the year gone by.

This year we had the highest attendance so far – enjoying great food and service – a huge thank you to Camila, David and all the staff at Hotel Wroxham for accommodating us.

Once again this year, a highlight of the evening was the clever and comical video from Nick Franklin. This was a great summary of the boating year; reflecting on our 50th Anniversary celebrations and the Cruising Club Season.

We also continued our raffle throughout the night, which allowed us to  raise a further £600 for St James’s Place Charitable Foundation. NYA have doubled this and St James’s Place Wealth Management will double again! Congratulations to the raffle prize winners and a massive thank you to those who generously donated the prizes.

After dinner, the night was concluded with music from Clarke East, who brought people to the dance floor.
