We are delighted to announce that we have completed our purchase of the ex Alpha Craft site on Brundall Riverside Estate. The acquisition gives us much needed extra large boat moorings and complements our other properties in Brundall particularly Windmill Harbour which is next door.
We are currently awaiting planning consent before making improvements to the mooring basins whilst the yard undergoes a much needed make-over.
The 1½ acre site includes over 10,000 square feet of workshops and office space. We are currently in discussions with a potential tenant for these who will continue with boat building and repairs for new and used boats.
The moorings will be re-named Langford Harbour in honour of Langford Jillings (Snr) who developed and built over 1000 mouldings on the site over the past 40 years and made a major contribution to the Boat Hire Business both locally and throughout Europe.
